Tasty Sips: Auchentoshan Single Malt Scotch Whisky

 

Those who partied with us over the holidays had the chance to taste Auchentoshan Single Malt Scotch Whisky – and people are still texting me asking how to drink it…or for cocktail ideas.  Auchentoshan triple distills every single drop (which is unique) – and there is no wrong way to enjoy it.

Personally, I love to sip it over coconut water ice cubes or pair it with nibbles of dark chocolate…while looking at the snow fall in the comfy chair right in front of my picture window. Mmmm, toasty…

For those who love a cocktail, here’s a super easy drink recipe by my girl Robin Nance, Auchentoshan Brand Ambassador and cocktail designer extraordinaire:

Robin’s Roy

2 oz Auchentoshan Three Wood

1/2 oz Pedro Ximenez Sherry

3 dashes aromatic bitters

Stir all ingredients together and strain.

Garnish with a cocktail cherry (ex. Luxardo)
